How do I book?
To book call us on 0044 (0)1517098135 or email us on info@internationalinn.co.uk use the 'contact us' page on the website. To book we will need a valid credit or UK debit card so we can take a refundable deposit. Deposits are fully refundable providing we receive at least 1 week's cancellation notice.

What does 'serviced apartment' mean?
It means that you can book a fully furnished private apartment that will be serviced every 7 days with cleaning, bedding and towel change and tea and coffee supplies replenished. Electricity, hot water and heating is included.

How close are you to the city centre?
We are located in the city centre just off Hardman St around the corner from the Philharmonic and the Catholic Cathedral. Check in is at the International Inn on South Hunter St, Off Hardman St, L1 and the entrance to the apartments in on 6 Maryland St just 40m around the corner. 2mins walk away you will find the RC Cathedral, Everyman Theatre, LIPA and both Universities. Central town shopping area and Mathew St bar area is about 10-15mins walk away.

How far away are you from the train and bus station?
Lime St train station is a 10-15mins walk away or £3-4 taxi as is Norton St National Express bus station. See directions page on website.

How far away is the airport?
We are located in the city centre and the airport is located outside the city centre so it is about 40mins away by bus or a taxi will cost you approx £12. See directions page on website.

Is bedding included or do we need to bring blankets?
Full bedding and towels are included.

Does the price include food?
No. We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk that is topped up every 7 days during servicing. At the International Inn there is an onsite Internet cafe where you can buy discounted Full English Breakfast and other meals. Being in the city centre there are lots of restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets nearby, A convenience store is located just around the corner and there are grocery stores and supermarkets within walking distance should you wish to cook in your kitchen.

What about parking facilities?
There are pay and display bays just outside or a BCP covered car park with CCTV and manned 24hrs 5 mins walk away. We do not have a car park for guests.

Do I have to pay a security/damage deposit?
Each client is required to complete an Apartment Bond upon check in leaving a valid credit card number (cardholder must be present) or £300 cash deposit (if no card is available). Nothing will be charged providing the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage or anything missing.

What about my children?
We welcome children. There is not a 'child price' as you pay for the whole apartments. E.g. For a family of 4 you could book a double apartment with the use of a double airbed (bedding included), the is an additional charge of £20 per night. Highchairs and Travel cot are available at no extra cost but must be pre-booked.

Can I bring my pet?
We only accept guide dogs.

What time can we check in and when do we have to leave?
Check in is 3pm (if you arrive early and the apartment is not ready you may store your bags free of charge or check in immediately if it is ready). Check out is 11am.

What if I arrive late at night?
No problem we have someone at reception 24hrs with a night porter working through the night and as you have paid a deposit the keys will be waiting for you.

Do I need to bring my towel and hairdryer?
Towels and hairdryers are included. We do not provide toiletries.

How far is Anfield and can you get us tickets?
Anfield is just outside the city centre so is a short bus ride away. The bus stop is about 10mins away. We cannot help you with tickets for the match and would advise you contact LFC direct. Can you arrange a local football match for our team?
Yes. Ask to speak to the Manager or Assistant Manager about putting you in touch with someone who can organise local football games for youth groups and possibly adults.

How far is Matthew St and can you book us a Beatles Tour?
Mathew St bar area is about 10-15mins walk away. We cannot book tickets for the Magical Mystery Tour we advise you to book your tickets in advance with Merseyside tourist information on 0845 6011 125 or Cavern City Tours on 0151 236 9091. You can contact private tour guides with their own minibus such as Phil Hughes on 07961511223

Do the apartments have internet access or a telephone?
There is an onsite Internet cafe at International Inn. The apartments themselves do not have a telephone or internet access but there is a card operated phone in reception of International Inn and several payphones nearby.

Is there a washing machine?
You may use the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) in the hostel but apartments do not have washing machines.

What about smoking?
Liverpool is becoming a no smoking city so all our apartments are non-smoking.
